WINDOWS 7 build 7100 hangs twice today

just using excel and MSN
while pointing the mouse to the toolbar at the bottom and hang...............
alt-ctrl-del useless
ctrl-esc useless

收到網友PM, 除了過期日與MS官方公佈的2010.6.1不符外,還有這問題:

if you have build 7100 goto
C:\Windows\Performance\WinSAT\DataStore\
and there is a file with a date before the name and it's like this Formal.Assessment (Initial).WinSAT.xml.
Open in notepad and you'll see a string like this
<WinEIVersion>Windows7-RC-0.91</WinEIVersion>
Basically is rc 0.91 the same as 7077.
.............RC final build should be RC-1.0
