if you have build 7100 goto
C:\Windows\Performance\WinSAT\DataStore\
and there is a file with a date before the name and it's like this Formal.Assessment (Initial).WinSAT.xml.
Open in notepad and you'll see a string like this
<WinEIVersion>Windows7-RC-0.91</WinEIVersion>
Basically is rc 0.91 the same as 7077.
